Part Time Application

Instructions: To complete this process we need 3 steps completed:

  1. We need the below application completed and submitted.
  2. We will need the student’s counselor’s approval of enrollment emailed to achieve.registration@wayne.k12.in.us
  3. Finally, we’ll need payment received by the family, or confirmed in the approval email from the school counselor that the school will be covering the cost of the course placement. If the school is approving and paying, we’ll place the student immediately. If the family is paying, we will need payment received prior to placement. Traditional courses are $250 per course/credit, and Dual Credit classes are $325.We accept check or money order to:
