Michele Eaton is the Director of Virtual and Blended Learning for the M.S.D. of Wayne Township. Her responsibilities include providing support for the Achieve Virtual Education Academy teachers and students, overseeing online course design throughout the district, integrating digital resources using IMS Global standards, and helping to lead the district’s many blended learning options. Michele started her career in Wayne Township as a 2nd grade teacher and also taught online for IUPUI in their Learning By Design Master’s program and for the undergraduate education program.
Michele is a Certified Education Technology Leader (CETL). She was recently named a NextGeneration Leader by EdScoop and the Consortium for School Networking (CoSN) and also recognized by Education Week as a 2018 Leader to Learn From for her demonstrated leadership in blended learning. She currently serves as President for ISTE’s Online Learning Network and as Chairperson for ISTE’s Indiana affiliate organization (Indiana Connected Educators).

Sara Wilking is a two time graduate of Indiana University Bloomington and a graduate of Western Governors University. Mrs. Wilking has taught Biology and AP/ACP Biology for 12 years. She lives in Greenwood with her husband and two boys. In her free time Mrs. Wilking loves playing sports and can’t say no to a good book.
