Meet Our Special Education Staff

Mrs. Jo Ann Toney
Jo Ann Toney is a special education teacher at Ben Davis Ninth Grade Center. She lives on the south side of Indianapolis. She earned her undergraduate degree from Marian College and her master’s degree in integrating technology in the classroom from Walden University.
